Honestly, I just wrote that so I could have a place to post that picture.
And if you didn't get it- the featured part of that was "control over everything absolutely". Picture was supposed to be irony- like we all didn't already know Osc is a power freak.

Pfft... people knew that when I was signing in for office. I am a centrist through and through. However, I do tend to make my procedures as clear as possible. The acts are usually on the board before it is enacted, and usually an idea is discussed before being put together into an act. The recent ones, though, has been rather unorthodox to me... mainly because I wanted to get this RP on the way. =D
